About introduction of amendments to article 287 of the Customs code of Ukraine concerning creating favorable conditions for ensuring accomplishment of public contracts by the defense order and delivery agreements of defense products

I. Bring in Article 287 of the Customs code of Ukraine (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2012, Art. No. No. 44-48, 552) the following changes:

1. After part seven to add with new part of the following content:

"8. Components (materials, nodes, aggregates, the equipment and components) (further - goods) imported on customs area of Ukraine in customs regime of import for use in production of defense appointment determined according to the law are exempted from the taxation by import duty if customer of such products is the state customer determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on the following commodity codes according to UKT foreign trade activities:

The procedure for import and target use of the goods specified in this part is determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

The goods specified in this part are not exempted from the taxation by import duty if they have origin from the country recognized by the state invader under the law and/or recognized by the state aggressor concerning Ukraine according to the legislation or are imported on the territory of the state invader (aggressor) and/or the occupied territory of Ukraine determined by it by the law".

1. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
