1. Approve Changes to the Instruction about interbank money transfer in Ukraine in the national currency approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of August 16, 2006 No. 320, of Ukraine registered in the Ministry of Justice on September 6, 2006 for No. 1035/12909 (with changes) which are applied.
2. If state registration of the legal entity is carried out till December 16, 2012, then for opening of correspondent account of bank (branch) the certificate of registration issued till December 16, 2012 by body of statistics, the State Tax Service and the Pension fund of Ukraine can be used.
