1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of criteria for evaluation of risk degree when implementing business activity" of February 18, 2012 No. 108 the following amendment:

- to add the criteria for evaluation of risk degree when implementing business activity approved by the above-stated resolution with Chapter of 21 following contents:

"Chapter 21. Criteria for evaluation of risk degree of business activity in the field of studying, use and protection of subsoil

75. The subjects of entrepreneurship performing activities treat high risk (80 points):

- on production and conversion of solid minerals, including technogenic educations;

- on production of hydrocarbonic raw material;

- on production of underground waters.

76. The subjects of entrepreneurship performing activities treat average risk degree (50 points):

- on investigation of solid minerals, including technogenic educations;

- on investigation of hydrocarbonic raw material;

- on investigation of underground waters.

77. The subjects of entrepreneurship performing activities treat insignificant risk degree (25 points):

- on geological search of solid minerals;

- on geological search of hydrocarbonic raw material;

- on geological search of underground waters.".
