For the purpose of development of logistic system of the Republic of Belarus I decide:

1. Perform:

1.1. till December 31, 2023 implementation of the investment project "Construction of Multimodal Industrial and Logistic Complex in the Settlement of Bolbasovo of Orshansky District" including construction:

constructions for the organization of industrial productions with a total area at least 2 thousand sq.m;

total area 2,5 of one thousand sq.m suffices office building;

hotels on 50 numbers at least;

warehouse cases with a total area at least 25 thousand sq.m;

platforms for placement at least 200 parking places for heavy-load motor transport;

the objects of engineering and transport infrastructure and other objects providing functioning of the multimodal industrial and logistic Bremino-Orsha complex (further - complex);

1.2. till January 1, 2020 construction of the access highway of republican value from the highway of republican R-15 value of Krichev-Orsha-Lepel to the highway of republican R-76 value of Orsha-Shklov-Mogilev (further - the access highway).

2. Determine:

2.1. the customer on construction, including designing, complex - Bremino group limited liability company (further - Bremino group LLC);

2.2. the customer on construction, including designing, the access highway - the republican unitary enterprise "Vitebskavtodor" (further - RUP "Vitebskavtodor");

2.3. the operating organizations when functioning complex - the republican unitary enterprise "Beltamozhservice" (further - RUP "Beltamozhservice") and Bremino group LLC.
