joint business on production of aluminum details "UZAUTO-INZI" in the form of limited liability company with the authorized capital in the amount of equivalent to 10 million US dollars, with equal distribution of shares between JSC Uzavtosanoat and the company "INZI AMT Co is created., Ltd.".
2. Agree with the proposal of JSC Uzavtosanoat and khokimiyat of the Tashkent region on provision of the parcel of land by Ploshchad 6,9 of hectare under construction of floor spaces of JV UZAUTO-INZI LLC, including for the account of 5,3 of hectare of part of the territory of JSC General Motors Pauertreyn — Uzbekistan, free from building.
3. Determine within project implementation by production organization of aluminum details by method of high-precision casting under pressure:
the customer - JV UZAUTO-INZI LLC;
general developer preproject and design estimates - JSC Uzogirsanoatloyikha;
the general contract construction organization - Andizhontajmirkurilish LLC.
4. Considering that the company "INZI AMT Co., Ltd." is the owner of technology and "know-how" on production of aluminum details, and also the fact that the structure and structure of processing equipment are determined to permit, according to the procedure of exception:
