About some questions of purchases of goods at the expense of own means
Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Appendix 1 to the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 15, 2012 No. 229 "About enhancement of the relations in the field of purchases of goods (works, services) at the expense of own means" (2012, No. 37, 5/35434) to add the national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus with Item 49 of the following content:
"49. Purchases of china, sewing and textile products for own needs at the organizations which are part of the Belarusian state concern on production and sales of goods of light industry and also at the organizations rendering household services in rural settlements.".
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
