About introduction of amendments to the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 8, 2014 No. 6

Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Bring in the Regulations on procedure for return of money in case of the termination of participation in shared-equity construction, the termination of organizational membership of builders, agreement cancelation of purchase and sale of the premises built according to the state order approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 8, 2014 No. 6 (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 14.01. 2014, 5/38290; 23:04. 2014, 5/38737), following changes:

1.1. in Item 7, paragraphs the second or seventh Item 10, Item 16 to replace the word "indexation" with the word "recalculation" in the corresponding case;

1.2. the second Item 8 to state part in the following edition:

"The returned cash amount is subject to recalculation according to the procedure, provided by this Provision.";

1.3. in the name of Chapter 3 of the word "and indexations" to replace with the word "amounts";

1.4. state Item 11 in the following edition:

"11. When calculating the amount of the returned means all payments are divided by financing sources according to the procedure, established in Item 10 of this provision. Recalculation of deposited amounts is made on each source of financing separately taking into account receipt date of money on the special, current (settlement) account of the builder, organization of builders.";
