About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About Regulations of National assembly"

Article 1. "About Regulations of National assembly" (ZR-308 of February 20, 2002) "National assembly" to replace words of the Item "to" of article 5 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia with the words "Republic of Armenia".

Article 2. To remove the words "Chairman of Control Chamber" from the Item "t" of part 1 of Article 18.

Article 3. Recognize invalid the first part of article 86 of the Law.

Article 4. To pereizlozhit part 8 of article 100 of the Law in the following edition:

"8. In the annual program of activities of Control chamber of change or additions are not made.".

Article 5. In article 101 of the Law:

a) add the second part with the words "also comes to an end with final performances without adoption of any document",

b) recognize invalid the fifth and sixth parts.

Article 6. This law becomes effective from the date of entry into force of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of December 25, 2006 "About Control chamber".
