About modification of some regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine

1. Bring in Regulations on procedure for provision to non-bank financial institutions, the national operator of mail service of general licenses for the implementation of currency transactions approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of August 9, 2002 No. 297, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 29, 2002 at No. 712/7000 (with changes), the following changes:
Shall be replaced with words 1) in Item 3.3 of Chapter 3 of the word "or the official of National Bank authorized by it, on distribution of functional obligations performs the common directorship of Inspection department, methodology and licensing of currency transactions" "or the authorized person of National Bank";
"Inspection department, methodology and licensing of currency transactions" shall be replaced with words 2) in Item 4.4 of Chapter 4 of the word "National Bank";
