About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About Regulations of National assembly"

Article 1. "About Regulations of National assembly" (ZR-308 of February 20, 2002) to state article 102 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia in the following edition:
"Article 102. Submission of programs of monetary policy of the Central bank
1. The programs of monetary policy provided by the Central bank to National assembly provided by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the Central bank of the Republic of Armenia" from the date of sending programs to National assembly within one month are represented in regular session of National assembly.
2. The chairman of National assembly after receipt of the program of monetary policy of the Central bank in two-day term sends it to the permanent commissions of National assembly and to the Government.
3. For submission of the program of monetary policy of the Central bank at meeting of National assembly it is provided to the chairman of the Central bank up to 40 minutes.
4. The accompanying reports to 20 minutes are made by representatives of the Government and permanent commission on financial and credit, budgetary and economic problems.
5. Discussion of the program of monetary policy of the Central bank is performed according to the procedure determined by article 55 of this Law and comes to an end with speeches of the representative of the permanent commission on financial and credit, budgetary and economic problems and the chairman of the Central bank without adoption of any document.".
Article 2. To state article 103 of the Law in the following edition:
"Article 103. Submission of reports of the Central bank
1. The reports submitted by the Central bank in National assembly provided by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the Central bank of the Republic of Armenia" from the date of sending reports to National assembly within one month are represented at regular session of National assembly.
