About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning strengthening of social protection of the disabled people who do not have pension entitlements or the public assistance

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. Make changes to the following laws of Ukraine:

1) article 4 of the Law of Ukraine "About bases of social security of disabled people in Ukraine" (Sheets of the Supreme Council of USSR, 1991, No. 21, Art. 252; Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1994, No. 45, Art. 406; 2012, 31, the Art. 381) after part three to add No. with new part of the following content:

To "The disabled people who do not have pension entitlements or the public assistance according to the laws of Ukraine "About the government public assistance to disabled people since the childhood and to handicapped children" "About the government public assistance to persons who do not have pension entitlements and to disabled people", privileges are provided based on the reference that is free of charge issued by structural divisions of social protection of the population of district, district public administrations in the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol, executive bodies of city councils at the place of residence in which surname, the name, middle name, group and the reason of disability, and also in appropriate cases - the main nosological forms of diseases are entered (on sight, hearing and with defeat of the musculoskeletal device). The procedure for issue of such reference and its form affirm the central executive body providing forming of state policy in the field of social protection of the population".
