About modification of Rules of work of archive organizations of Ukraine

1. Bring in Item 3.9 of Chapter 3 of the Section II of Rules of work of the archive organizations of Ukraine approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of April 8, 2013 No. 656/5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 10, 2013 for No. 584/23116, the following changes:

1) word in paragraph four "district administrative courts, Appeal Court of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, Appeal Courts of areas, the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol, Appeal administrative courts which are formed in appeal districts, Appeal Courts" shall be replaced with words "district administrative courts, and also other courts provided by the procedural law, Appeal Courts, Appeal Courts, Appeal administrative courts which are formed according to the presidential decree of Ukraine in appeal districts";

2. To department of interaction with authorities and information and analytical work (Kozlovskaya N. A.) submit this order on state registration according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of October 3, 1992 to No. 493 "About state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies".

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
