About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About housing and communal services" rather proper social and economic protection of participants of anti-terrorist operation and members of their families

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Article 32 of the Law of Ukraine "About housing and communal services" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2004, No. 47, Art. 514; 2012, 76, No. 37, the Art. 445) after part two to add Art. No. 12-13, with new part of the following content:

"3. When charging subsidy to consumers who accept (were) directly involved in conducting anti-terrorist operation, and/or to members of their families who address for purpose of housing subsidy for expense recovery for payment of housing and communal services, acquisition of the liquefied gas, of solid and liquid oven household fuel, in comprehensive income are not considered:

1) the cash covers and other payments and social benefits received by them during direct participation in conducting anti-terrorist operation, to the performed employees of law enforcement agencies, the military personnel and employees of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, National guard of Ukraine, the Security Service of Ukraine, Service of foreign intelligence of Ukraine, the State Border Service of Ukraine, the Public special service of transport, faces of the private, the commanding structure, military personnel, employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, Management of the state protection of Ukraine, Public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine, other workers of the military forming formed according to the law;

2) the charitable help received by them during the period and/or after direct participation in conducting anti-terrorist operation, irrespective of the size and source of origin.

The procedure for appointment and provision of housing subsidies is established by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine".
