About modification of some decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic

For the purpose of enhancement of wages system of some employee categories of system of social protection of the population, according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About payment terms of work of some employee categories of system of social protection of the population" of April 19, 2011 No. 170 the following changes:

- in all text of the word of "houses nursing homes" shall be replaced with words "social stationary organizations";

- to state appendix 1 to the above-stated resolution in edition according to appendix 1 to this resolution;

- in appendices 3-7 to the above-stated resolution:

in the name and in all text of the word "houses nursing homes" in different case forms shall be replaced with words "social stationary organizations" in the corresponding cases.

2. Ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of 10.07.2015 No. 480

3. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
