Approve the enclosed changes which are made to Regulations on procedure for presentation of requirements for obligations to the Russian Federation in the case of bankruptcy and in the procedures applied in the case of bankruptcy, approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 29, 2004 No. 257 "About ensuring interests of the Russian Federation as creditor in the case of bankruptcy and in the procedures applied in the case of bankruptcy" (The Russian Federation Code, 2004, No. 23, Art. 2310; No. 50, Art. 5067; 2005, No. 50, Art. 5305; 2006, No. 22, Art. 2333; 2008, No. 29, Art. 3515; 2009, No. 34, Art. 4187; 2012, No. 20, Art. 2564; 2015, No. 13, Art. 1947).

2. This resolution becomes effective since October 1, 2015.

Changes which are made to Regulations on procedure for presentation of requirements for obligations to the Russian Federation in the case of bankruptcy and in the procedures applied in the case of bankruptcy

1. Item in paragraph one 2, paragraph one, subitems "v" and "g" of Item 7 and paragraph one, subitems "v" and "g" of Item 8 of the word "writ of execution" in the corresponding case shall be replaced with words "the executive document" in the corresponding case.
