Changes which are made to the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 30, 2014 No. 1119

1. Recognize Items 5 and 6 invalid.

2. In Rules of selection of the subjects of the Russian Federation having the right to the state support in form of subsidies for cost recovery to creation of infrastructure of the industrial parks and technoparks approved by the specified resolution:

a) state Item 2 in the following edition:

"2. The terms used in these rules mean the following:

"high-productive workplaces" - the replaced workplaces of the organization which labor productivity is equal or are exceeded by the industry average value;

"the request for cost recovery" - the statement for cost recovery on the creation of infrastructure of the industrial park or technopark directed by the subject of the Russian Federation to the executive in charge for the purpose of decision making about cost recovery to creation of infrastructure of the industrial park or technopark;

"the industrial park" - the complex of objects of utility and transport infrastructure, buildings, structures and constructions managed by managing company intended for creation or upgrade of industrial production of residents of the industrial park;
