About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning provision of pensions

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following laws of Ukraine:

1. Article 51 of the Law of Ukraine "About provision of pensions of persons discharged from military service and some other persons" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1992, No. 29, Art. 399; 2006, 37, the Art. 318) to add No. with part three of the following content:

"The pension recalculation in connection with change of the size at least of one of types of cash cover of the corresponding categories of the military personnel, persons having the right to such recalculation according to this Law or in connection with introduction for the specified categories of persons of new monthly additional types of cash cover (allowances, surcharges, increases) and awards in the sizes established by the legislation, not made because of bodies of the Pension fund of Ukraine and/or state bodies which issue references for recalculation of pension, is made from the date of emergence of the right to it without restriction of term".

2. In paragraph one of the subitem 1 of Item 2 of the Section XV "Final provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "About obligatory national pension insurance" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2003, No. No. 49-51, of Art. 376; 2005, 25, the Art. 339) the word "provided" to replace No. with the word of "provided".

II. Final provisions

1. This Law becomes effective since January 1, 2016.

2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine till January 1, 2016:

bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law;

provide review and cancellation by the ministries, other central executive bodies of their regulatory legal acts contradicting this Law.
