About approval of Changes in some orders of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of rather state registration of legal entities and physical persons - entrepreneurs
According to Item 10 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 2, 2014 No. 228, I order:
1. Approve Changes in some orders of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of rather state registration of legal entities and physical persons - entrepreneurs who are applied.
2. To department of state registration (Benedisyuk S. V.) to submit this order on state registration according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of October 3, 1992 to No. 493 "About state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies".
3. And physical persons - entrepreneurs to provide to the technical administrator of the Unified State Register of Legal Entities completion of software of maintaining the Unified State Register of Legal Entities and physical persons - entrepreneurs and the Registration portal taking into account requirements of this order.
4. This order becomes effective from the date of, its official publication following behind day.
5. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister - the chief of staff of Ivanchenko A. P.
