For the purpose of reduction of the national legal system in the field of technical regulation in compliance with the legislation of the Customs union, according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Actions plan on application of technical regulations of the Customs union in the Kyrgyz Republic" of January 20, 2015 No. 15 the following changes and amendments:

- third Item 1 to declare the paragraph invalid;

- state Item 46 in the following edition:

"46. To redirect the financial resources provided on program implementation of the development of technical regulations for 2014 approved by the order of the Government of January 20, 2014 No. 34, on financing of works on the organization of carrying out information and explanatory work on application of provisions of technical regulations of the Customs union.";

- add with Item 46-1 of the following content:

"46-1. To provide to the Ministry of Economics of the Kyrgyz Republic carrying out information and explanatory work on application of provisions of technical regulations of the Customs union and effective use of allocated funds.";

- add appendix 1 with line items of the following content:
