About modification of appendix to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 3, 2013 No. 405
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Make change to appendix to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 3, 2013 No. 405 "About approval of the list of specialized services in seaport subjects of natural monopolies which are subject to state regulation" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2013, No. 44, of the Art. 1578), having added it with the paragraph of the following content:
"Ensuring access of the port operator to the mooring which is under economic authority of administration of seaports of Ukraine except the mooring that is used by the port operator based on the lease agreement, concession, joint activities concluded according to the legislation".
2. To the ministry of infrastructure to approve in three-months time rates for services in ensuring access of the port operator to the mooring which is under economic authority of administration of seaports of Ukraine.
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication, except Item 1, becoming effective since January 1, 2016.
