The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
I. Item 288.5 of article 288 of the Tax Code of Ukraine (2011, Art. No. No. 13-17, 112) to add sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine with subitem 288.5.3 of the following content:
"288.5.3. Can exceed the extreme amount of the rent established in subitem 288.5. 2, in case of determination of the lessee on the competitive beginnings".
II. Final provisions
1. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in three-months time from the date of entry into force of this Law to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law.
