Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About private detective and security activities in the Kyrgyz Republic" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1996, No. 7, the Art. 102) the following amendment:
to add part 2 of Article 14-2 with Item 7 of the following content:
"7) brought repeatedly within one year to the administrative responsibility for making of the administrative offenses encroaching on public order and public safety or on justice.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective after 10 days from the date of official publication.
To the government of the Kyrgyz Republic to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law.
