About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine of rather state support of combatants and their children, children, one of parents of which died around conducting anti-terrorist operations, fighting or armed conflicts or during the mass actions of civil protest, the children registered as internally displaced persons, for receipt of professional and higher education

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such laws of Ukraine:

1. "About the status of veterans of war, guarantee of their social protection" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1993, No. 45, Art. 425 with subsequent changes) to add article 12 of the Law of Ukraine with parts seven - the ninth the following content:

"The state provides to the combatants specified in Item 19 parts one of article 6 of this Law and their children, including children who study on day form of education in professional and higher educational institutions, - before the termination of educational institutions, but not longer than before achievement of 23 years by them, the state target support for receipt of professional and higher education in the state and utility educational institutions.

The state target support for receipt of professional and higher education is provided in type:

complete or partial payment of training at the expense of means state and local budgets;

soft long-term loans for education;

social grant;

free providing with textbooks;

free Internet access, systems of databases in the state and utility educational institutions;

free accommodation in the hostel;

other actions approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

The procedure and conditions of provision of the state target support for receipt of professional and higher education to the specified categories of citizens are determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine".
