About modification of the Regulations on application of corrective actions by the National Bank of Ukraine for violation of the bank law

According to requirements of Articles 7, of 15, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", Articles 73, "About banks and banking activity" the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides 74 Laws of Ukraine:

1. Make to the section II of Provisions on application of corrective actions by the National Bank of Ukraine for violation of the bank law approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of August 17, 2012 No. 346, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 17, 2012 for No. 1590/21902 (with changes), the following changes:

1) to add Item 1.3 of Chapter 1 after the subitem "є" with the new subitem "zh" of the following content:

"G) the violation of the requirement about restriction regarding exceeding of total amount of purchase of non-cash foreign currencies and bank metals for hryvnias over amount of their sales on own transactions of authorized bank established by the regulatory legal act of National Bank concerning settlement of situation in the monetary and currency markets of Ukraine (further - violation of purchasing amount of foreign currency),".

With respect thereto to consider subitems "zh", "z" respectively subitems "z", "i";

Item 7.4 of Chapter 7 to add 2) with the new paragraph of the following content:
