About modification and amendments in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of Rules about procedure for application of procedures of process of bankruptcy" of December 30, 1998 No. 865

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of Rules about procedure for application of procedures of process of bankruptcy" of December 30, 1998 No. 865 the following changes and amendment:

in Rules about procedure for application of the procedures of process of bankruptcy approved by the above-stated resolution:

- in Item 1.1.1 of Section 1.1 of the word "Arbitration Court (further - court)" to replace with the word "court";

- to state Item 1 of Section 2.3 in the following edition:

"1) court judicially or creditor meeting extrajudicially;";

The state body on cases on bankruptcy in seven-day time from the moment of receipt of the solution of creditor meeting on the announcement of the debtor by the bankrupt extrajudicially and about appointment of the special administrator shall post the acquired information on the official site.";

- in appendix 4 of the word "from (date) of Arbitration Court" shall be replaced with words "vessels from (date)".
