1.1. import to the Republic of Belarus because of limits of single customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union of separate types of wood and fiber boards, products from them classified by codes 4410 11 100 0, 4410 11 300 0, 4411 12 900 0, 4411 13 900 0, 4411 14 900 0, of 4411 92 900 0 single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union (further - wood plates), and also separate types of the products from gypsum classified by codes 6809 11 000 0 and 6809 19 000 0 of the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union (further - products from gypsum), is performed under the one-time licenses granted by the Ministry of Trade in coordination with the Belarusian production and trade concern forest woodworking both pulp and paper industry and the Ministry of Architecture respectively according to the procedure, similar the established Rules of issue of licenses and import permits and (or) commodity import provided by appendix to the Protocol on measures of non-tariff regulation concerning the third countries (appendix No. 7 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014), in trade with the third countries taking into account the features specified in this resolution; *
