About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About the status of veterans of war, guarantee of their social protection" concerning the status of persons who protected independence, sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
I. Introduce in the Law of Ukraine "About the status of veterans of war, guarantee of their social protection" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1993, No. 45, Art. 425 with subsequent changes) the following changes:
1. In Article 6 part one:
the paragraph one of Item 19 to state in the following edition:
"19) military personnel (reservists, persons liable for call-up) and employees of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, National guard of Ukraine, the Security Service of Ukraine, Service of foreign intelligence of Ukraine, the State Border Service of Ukraine, the Public special service of transport, military personnel of military prosecutor's offices, face of the private, the commanding structure, military personnel, employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, the Management of the state protection of Ukraine, Public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine, Public service of Ukraine on emergency situations, the Public penitentiary service of Ukraine formed according to the laws of Ukraine of other military forming which protected independence sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine also were directly involved in anti-terrorist operation, ensuring its carrying out, being directly in areas of anti-terrorist operation during";
add with Item 20 of the following content:
"20) persons who as a part of voluntary forming which were formed or self-organized for protection of independence, sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine were directly involved in anti-terrorist operation, ensuring its carrying out, being directly in areas of anti-terrorist operation during its carrying out provided that further such voluntary forming were included in structure of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the Ministries of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, National guard of Ukraine and other military forming and law enforcement agencies formed according to the laws of Ukraine.
