1. In the paragraph the second Item 32 of subsection 2 of the Section XX "Transitional provisions" of the Tax code of Ukraine (2011, Art. No. No. 13-17, 112) words and figures "fabrics (materials) for production of the bullet-proof vests classified in subsubline item 3920 10 89th 90, 3921 90 60th 00, 5603 14 10th 00, 6914 90 00 00 according to UKT foreign trade activities" shall be replaced with words sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine also in figures of "fabrics (materials) for production of the bullet-proof vests and helmets classified in subsubline item 3920 10 89th 90, 3920 61 00th 00, 3921 90 60th 00, 5603 14 10th 00, 6914 90 00 00 according to UKT foreign trade activities".
2. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
