According to part six of article 23 of the Law of Ukraine "About obligatory national social insurance on unemployment case" and for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of social policy of Ukraine in compliance with requirements of the legislation I order:

1. Approve the Procedure for assistance on unemployment, including its one-time payment for the organization by the unemployed of business activity who is applied.

2. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy of Ukraine of November 20, 2000 No. 307 "About approval of the Procedure for assistance on unemployment, including its one-time payment for the organization by the unemployed of business activity", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 14, 2000 at No. 915/5136 (with changes).

3. To department of social insurance and partnership (Savenko E. L.) provide submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

5. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister V. Yaroshenko.
