About entering of amendments and changes into the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the electoral commissions on elections and referenda of the Kyrgyz Republic"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the electoral commissions on elections and referenda of the Kyrgyz Republic" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2011, No. 6, the Art. 557) the following amendments and changes:
1. To add part 1 of Article 7 with Item 29-1 of the following content:
"Chooses 29-1) and ahead of schedule dismisses the chairman and vice-chairmen of Central Election Commission;".

4. To state part 11 of Article 19 in the following edition:
"11. Election and early release of the chairman and secretary of the electoral commission are made according to the procedure, established for election and release of the chairman of Central Election Commission, provided in this Law.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective from the date of official publication.
