About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About legal protection of topology of integral chips"

Article 1. Introduce in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About legal protection of topology of integral chips" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1998, No. 8, Art. 228 "a") the following changes:

1. To state part 2 of Article 2 in the following edition:

"State regulation in the field of protection of topology is performed by the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.".

2. To state part 4 of Article 3 in the following edition:

"Legal protection is provided to the topology consisting of elements which are well-known to developers and manufacturers IMS for date of its creation only if set of such elements conforms to requirements of part two of this Article.".

3. In Article 6:

in part 3 shall be replaced with words the word "Kyrgyzpatente" "the procedure determined by the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic";

regarding 4 words "in Kyrgyzpatenta" to exclude.

4. State Article 9 in the following edition:

"Article 9. Registration of topology

The author of topology or other owner can voluntarily directly or through the representative to register topology by application for official registration of topology of IMS (further - the request for registration).

Application for registration can be performed in time, not exceeding two years from the date of the first use of topology if it took 1 place.

The request for registration shall belong to one topology and contain:

the statement on official registration of topology of IMS with indication of the owner, and also the author if he did not refuse to be specified as that, their location (residence), date of the first use of topology if it took place;

the deposited materials identifying topology including the paper with indication of originality of topology;

scheme of space and geometrical arrangement of elements of topology of IMS;
