About approval of Changes to the Procedure for treasurer servicing of the income and other receipts of the government budget

According to Article 108 of the Budget code of Ukraine, Articles 200, 200-1 and 209 Tax codes of Ukraine and for the purpose of reduction in compliance with requirements of the legislation I order:

1. Approve Changes in the Procedure for treasurer servicing of the income and other receipts of the government budget approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of January 29, 2013 No. 43, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 19, 2013 for No. 291/22823, which are applied.

2. To department of tax, customs policy and methodology of financial accounting of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine (Chmeruk N. A.) provide submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. To department of ensuring activities of the Minister (patronage service) of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine (Yurik I. I.) in ten-day time from the date of state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine to provide its promulgation on the official website of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine on the Internet.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

5. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the Deputy Minister of Finance of Ukraine Makeeva A. L. and Chairman of the Public treasurer service of Ukraine Slyuz T. Ya.
