According to Articles 7, of 25, of 44, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", to Articles 5, of 11, No. 15-93 "About system of currency control and currency exchange control", for the purpose of enhancement of procedure for issue of individual licenses on placement by residents of currency values on accounts outside Ukraine, the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides 13 Decrees of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 19, 1993:

Bring in Regulations on procedure for issue of individual licenses by the National Bank of Ukraine on the placement of currency values by residents (legal entities and physical person) on accounts outside Ukraine approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of October 14, 2004 No. 485, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 05, 2004 at No. 1413/10012 (with changes), the following changes:

1) in Chapter 1:

add Item 1.9 with the words "except as specified, determined by Item 1.10 of this Chapter";

after Item 1.9 to add Chapter with new Item 1.10 of the following content:
