Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection of the Republic of Belarus of December 31, 2010 No. 105 "About some questions of transfer of data and recognition voided some resolutions of the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2011, No. 19, 8/23272; 2012, No. 39, 8/25201; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 18.03. 2014, 8/28435) following changes and amendments:
1.1. third Item 1 to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"The instruction about procedure for submission by notaries of messages on issue by them of certificates on the right to inheritance and on the certificate of agreements of alienation (donation, exchange, purchase and sale, rent);";
1.2. in subitem 14.4 of Item 14 of appendix 1 to the Instruction on procedure for the transfer to tax authorities by the state bodies and organizations performing accounting and (or) state registration concerning property and the rights to it, the data necessary for implementation of tax control, approved by this resolution, "issued" to replace the word with the word of "emitted";
1.3. The instruction about procedure for representation by bodies which officials are authorized to make notarial actions, and notaries of messages on the notarial certificate of the right to inheritance and agreements of alienation in tax authorities, approved by this resolution, to be reworded as follows it (is applied).
