About modification and amendments in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of September 5, 2013 No. 400

1. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of September 5, 2013 No. 400 "About establishment of rate of export customs duty on potash fertilizers and introduction of amendments and changes in presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus of October 3, 2011 No. 442 and of January 17, 2012 No. 37" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 07.09. 2013, 1/14492; 01:01. 2014, 1/14717; 08:04. 2014, 1/14913) following changes and amendment:

1.1. in Item 1:

shall be replaced with words the words "from September 1 to December 31, 2014." "from September 1, 2013 to December 31, 2014";

add Item with part two of the following content:

"Establish rate of export customs duty on potash fertilizers since January 1, 2015 (code of the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union 3104), the Republic of Belarus which is exported from the territory out of limits of customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union, in the amount of 45 euros for 1000 kilograms.";

1.2. in Item 2 of the word "from September 1 to December 31, 2014." shall be replaced with words "since September 1, 2013".

2. This Decree becomes effective since January 1, 2015 and extends the action to the legal relationship which arose since September 1, 2013.
