1. 7-1.2. in case of order placement, financed by other sources, including means of the state organizations and economic societies, shares (share in authorized fund) of which are in state-owned property, on:

rendering engineering services worth less than 3 thousand basic sizes, purchase of goods worth each their type less than 3 thousand basic sizes, accomplishment of separate types of construction, installation, special and other works worth each their type less than 3 thousand basic sizes necessary for construction of facilities worth 100 thousand basic sizes and more;

construction of facilities worth less than 100 thousand basic sizes, including on development of preproject (pre-investment) documentation if its development is provided by legal acts, accomplishment of project and prospecting works, accomplishment of separate types of construction, installation, special and other works, rendering engineering services, and also on purchase of the goods necessary for construction of these objects;

7-1.3. in cases:

the conclusions of agreements of sub contracting the prime contractor for accomplishment of separate types of project, prospecting, construction, installation, special and other works (services) in construction of facilities;
