About approval of the Regulations on procedure for calculation of comprehensive income of person (family)

In pursuance of article 5 of the Law on the public assistance N 547-XV of December 25, 2003. (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2004, N 42-44, Art. 249) and for the purpose of effective and complex reforming of the existing system of the public assistance on the basis of the new principle depending on comprehensive income as like as two peas DECIDES: the Government

1. Approve Regulations on procedure for calculation of comprehensive income of person (family) it (is applied).

2. To the Ministry of Economy and Trade, the Ministry of Agriculture and the food industry together with the research organizations in the field and National bureau of statistics in 3-month time to develop and approve the instruction for determination of normative size of gross income from use of the parcels of land in peasant farms and personal subsidiary farms, and also from cultivation of the cattle and bird.

3. To the Ministry of Agriculture and the food industry through Institute of economy and enhancement of the agrofood sector till February 1, 2005 to develop standard rates of material costs on production of agricultural products in peasant farms which process own earth, and in personal subsidiary farms of citizens.

4. Annually to provide to the Ministry of Economy and Trade through Institute of economy, finance and statistics calculation in territorial section of the comprehensive normative income gained from use of the parcels of land of peasant farms and personal subsidiary farms of citizens, and also from cultivation of the cattle and bird, using statistical information on the structure of sown areas, average production of agricultural products and productivity of livestock production and other necessary information, and also standard rates of material costs for production of agricultural products.

5. To national bureau of statistics:

provide in accordance with the established procedure submission of the statistical information necessary for calculation in territorial section of the comprehensive normative income;
