About modification of some regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine

According to Articles 15, of 44, of 45, 47 and 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine" and to Sections II and III of the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 19, 1993 No. 15-93 "About system of currency control and currency exchange control", for the purpose of reduction in compliance with the legislation of Ukraine of regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides:

1. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of 05.02.2019 No. 31.

2. Items 2-7 of the Section IV of Provisions on procedure for the forming and storage of required reserves by banks of Ukraine and branches of foreign banks in Ukraine approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of December 11, 2014 No. 806 (with changes) to state in the following edition:

"2. The bank by means of the corresponding software daily during the period of content represents to National Bank (structural division) additional data for calculation of required reserves. In case of replacement of the data of the daily balance influencing calculation of reserve base and standard rates of obligatory reservation, the bank shall give updated statistical data.
