1.1. the legal entities and individual entrepreneurs transporting passengers, assuming crossing by passengers of Frontier of the Republic of Belarus (further - international carriages of passengers) if the Republic of Belarus is the state of appointment or transit, give by air transport to information systems of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus (further - information systems) personal data of passengers of aircrafts, and also the following information on transportation of passengers:
the name of carrier which will actually transport;
number of flight;
date and time of departure of flight;
number of passengers;
name of airports of departure and appointment;
starting point of route of transportation;
terminal point of route of transportation;
