About modification of article 164 of the Tax Code of Ukraine concerning the taxation of pensions of disabled veterans and other categories of persons

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Subitem 164.2.19 of Item 164.2 of article 164 of the Tax Code of Ukraine (2011, Art. No. No. 13-17, 112) to add sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine with the paragraph the second the following content:

"Provisions of this subitem it is not applied to the pensions granted to combatants during World War II, to disabled veterans and persons on whom operation of article 10 of the Law of Ukraine "On the status of veterans of war, guarantees of their social protection" expatiates.

II. Final provisions

1. This Law becomes effective from the first following after month of its publication.

2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in two-month time from the date of entry into force of this Law:

bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law;

provide reduction by the ministries and other central executive bodies of their regulatory legal acts in compliance with this Law.
