About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2015"

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2015" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2015, No. 5, the Art. 37, No. 15, the Art. 99, No. 24, the Art. 167) the following changes:

1) in Article 1:

in paragraph three of figure "566.869.708,"" and "29.303.005,7" to replace with figures "567.005.382,9" and "29.438.679,9";

in paragraph six of figure "75.820.006,1" and "13.866.995,"" to replace with figures "75.955.680,3" and "14.002.669,8";

2) Article 12 to add with Item 3 following of content:

"3) balance of the State fund of protection of the surrounding environment in the amount of 135.674, 2 thousand hryvnias which was formed for January 1, 2015";

3) Article 14 to add with Items 17, 18 and 19 following contents:

"17) performance of works in the field of the treatment of radioactive waste of non-nuclear cycle, construction of the Vector complex and operation of its objects (at the expense of the sources determined by Item 3 of article 12 of this Law);

18) support of ecologically safe condition in exclusion zones and unconditional (obligatory) settling out (at the expense of the sources determined by Item 3 of article 12 of this Law);

19) support in safe condition of power units and object "Shelter" and actions for preparation for removal from operation of the Chernobyl NPP, including on payment for work (actions) executed in 2014 according to the approved plan (at the expense of the sources determined by Item 3 of article 12 of this Law)";

4) to make changes to appendices No. 2 and No. 3 to the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2015" according to appendices No. 1 and No. 2 to this Law.

2. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
