Changes which are made to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

The paragraph third Item 8 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 22, 1994 No. 100 "About condition of accomplishment of decisions of the President of Ukraine and the Government concerning observance of requirements of the boundary and customs legislation" - with the changes made by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 1, 2014 No. 502 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 81, the Art. 2290), the words "Ministry of Infrastructure" to add with words "(check points for railway, sea, river, ferry and air traffic) and on Administration of the State Border Service (check points for automobile communication)".

In Item 3 of the Procedure of coordination of activities of executive bodies and local government bodies concerning the observance of the modes on frontier approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 18, 1999 No. 48 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1999, No. 3, Art. 94; 2003, No. 31, Art. 1617, No. 37, Art. 1981; 2010, No. 41, Art. 1350; 2012, No. 45, Art. 1761; 2014, No. 81, Art. 2290):

1) paragraph two after words of "controlled frontier areas" to add with words "construction, reconstruction, repair and content of check points through frontier for automobile communication";

2) in paragraph four the word of "automobile" to exclude.
