About soft credits for some categories of the population

For the purpose of enhancement of procedure for provision of soft credits to some categories of the population the Government DECIDES:

1. Approve Regulations on provision of soft credits to some categories of the population, according to the appendix N1.

2. Recommend to financial institutions to grant soft credits to categories of the population which have the right to it according to the legislation. Financial institutions have the equal rights regarding provision of soft credits.

3. Determine that necessary means for repayment of the soft credits granted to some categories of the population under guarantee of bodies of local public authority, and the amounts of the added percent are annually provided in the government budget.

4. Bodies of local public authority and the relevant financial institutions monthly to the 10th following the accounting period provide to the Ministry of Finance information on the course of accomplishment of the relevant resolution.

4/1. Bodies of local public authority quarterly draw up reconciliation statements together with the relevant financial institutions on the granted soft credits and represent them to the Ministry of Finance along with submission of the performance report of the budget.

5. Approve changes which are made to the separate orders of the Government, according to the appendix N2.

6. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the Ministry of local public authority, the Ministry of Finance and bodies of local public authority.
