About liquidation of the Belarusian transport prosecutor's office

For the purpose of enhancement of system of bodies of prosecutor's office and optimization of their activities I decide:

1. Since December 1, 2014:

1.1. liquidate the Belarusian transport prosecutor's office, having transferred its functions to the Prosecutor General's Office and prosecutor's offices of areas;

1.2. reallot to prosecutor's offices of areas the specialized transport prosecutor's offices which are under supervision of the Belarusian transport prosecutor's office.

2. Public prosecutor's workers and other employees of the liquidated Belarusian transport prosecutor's office are subject from their consent to transfer in accordance with the established procedure in other bodies of prosecutor's office to positions according to public prosecutor's workers and prosecutors.

In case of refusal persons specified in part one of this Item from transfer into other positions of public prosecutor's workers and prosecutors employment relationships with them stop for cause of failure from further service (further work) in connection with change of essential working conditions.

The dismissal wage is not paid to persons specified in part two of this Item in case of the termination of service (work) in the liquidated Belarusian transport prosecutor's office.

3. In Item 3 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 3, 2006 No. 482 "About creation of public institution" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 125, 1/7793; 2011, No. 128, 1/13074; The National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 28.03.2014, 1/14909) of figure "2285" to replace with figures "2269".

4. To the Belarusian transport prosecutor's office till December 1, 2014 according to the procedure, established by the legislation to perform transfer on storage to archive of the Prosecutor General's Office of the documents formed as a result of its activities.

5. To the Attorney-General till December 1, 2014 to perform the organizational and regular actions in bodies of prosecutor's office connected with implementation of this Decree.
