Emergency situations of global and regional scales are investigated by the commission created by authorized body in the field of civil protection.
Emergency situations of local scale are investigated by the commission created by territorial subdivision of authorized body in the field of civil protection.
Representatives of authorized body in the field of civil protection, with involvement of representatives of the interested state bodies and their territorial subdivisions depending on nature of accidents, disasters, the catastrophic crashes which led to emergence of emergency situations, and also representatives of local executive bodies and heads of the organizations are part of the commission.".
