About modification of the Regulations on conclusion of insolvent bank from the market

According to Item "About system of guaranteeing household deposits" the executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits SOLVED 10 parts one of article 12 of the Law of Ukraine:

1. Bring in the Regulations on conclusion of insolvent bank from the market approved by the decision of executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits of July 5, 2012 No. 2, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 14, 2012 for No. 1581/21893, the following changes:

1) in Chapter 3 of the Section III:

in Item 3.6:

word in paragraph three" (including bank) and members of executive body and observation (observation)" shall be replaced with words "and members of executive body and the observation";

in the paragraph the fifteenth "/equity of the legal entity - the member of bank for ensuring accomplishment of obligations by it on forming of the authorized capital of bank" shall be replaced with words words "legal entity";

the sixteenth to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"Data on structure of property of bank according to appendices 1-3 to the Regulations on procedure for submission of data on structure of property of bank approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of May 21, 2015 No. 328, and also data on other owners than owners of essential participation of bank / the legal entity (for legal entities);";

in Item 3.7:

word in paragraph three "questionnaires of the legal entity (including bank) and members of executive body and the supervisory (supervisory) board" shall be replaced with words "questionnaires of the legal entity and members of executive body and the supervisory board";
