About modification and amendments in presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus
1. Make changes and additions to the following presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus:

"2.7. on delivery the motorized vehicle, trail car to it, the vehicle chassis made in the Republic of Belarus, to the consumer or to the place of state registration under the own steam by the organization (plant) - the manufacturer issues temporary registration plates. Issue of such signs to the organizations (plants) - to manufacturers is provided with the Ministry of Internal Affairs according to requests of the Industry ministry according to the procedure, established by the Ministry of Internal Affairs together with the Industry ministry;
2.8. in case of sale in the territory of the Republic of Belarus by legal entities and individual entrepreneurs not made in the Republic of Belarus and earlier not registered in the Republic of Belarus of the motorized vehicle, trail car to it, to the vehicle chassis and their delivery to the acquirer or to the place of state registration under the own steam by the seller issue temporary registration plates. Issue of such signs to sellers is provided according to their requests with the Ministry of Internal Affairs;
2.9. the form of temporary registration plates, procedure for their installation and use affirm the Ministry of Internal Affairs.";
