About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About quarantine of plants" on reduction of administrative loading

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Bring in the Law of Ukraine "About quarantine of plants" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2006, No. 19-20, of Art. 167; 2011, No. 25, Art. 192; 2014, Art. No. 6-7, 80) following changes:

1. In Article 1:

to add determination of the term "load" after words of "subjects to regulation" with words "(or objects to which the legal regime of subjects to regulation extends)";

to add determination of the term "subjects to regulation" with the words "are determined separately for the purposes of import, export and re-export, and also for the purposes of control of movement by the territory of Ukraine".

2. In paragraph seven of Article 5 of the word "and assigned to it by acts of the President of Ukraine" to exclude.

3. In Article 7 part one:

the twentieth to add the paragraph with the words "on the basis of carrying out risk analysis according to requirements of article 17 of this Law";

add with the paragraph twenty third the following content:

4. The third and tenth to state paragraphs to part two of Article 10 in the following edition:

"Detain according to the law subjects to regulation for inspection and phytosanitary examination if they move without the relevant phytosanitary documents or in case of visual detection in load of regulated harmful organism";
