About modification and amendments in the Law of Turkmenistan "About tenders for delivery of goods, performance of works, rendering services for the state needs"

7) under agreements of exchange (barter), performed based on decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan;

8) in cases of involvement of subcontractors by the contractor for performance of works (rendering services);

9) in exceptional cases, in connection with urgent business necessity, - in coordination with the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan.";

after part two to add with part of the following content:

"2-1. Operation of this Law extends to tendering process, announced in mass media from the date of entry into force of this Law.".

3. To state the text of Article 4 in the following edition:

"State regulation and control in the field of the organization of tenders for delivery of goods, performance of works, rendering services for the state needs perform the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan and the relevant state bodies within their competence established by the legislation of Turkmenistan.".

4. In Article 5:
