The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following laws of Ukraine:

1. In the Code of Ukraine about administrative offenses (The sheet of the Supreme Council of USSR, 1984, appendix to No. 51, the Art. 1122):

To add 1) with Article 188-47 of the following content:

"Article 188-47. Violation of the procedure for receipt of information established by the law from the Unified state register which holder is the State traffic inspectorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, the State register of the rights to real estate, the State land cadastre

Submission by the applicant of obviously false information on itself in case of registration on the official website of the central executive body realizing state policy in the field of registration and accounting of vehicles for receipt of information from the Unified state register which holder is the State traffic inspectorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, or in case of registration on the official website of the central executive body realizing state policy in the field of state registration of the rights for receipt of information from the State register of the rights to real estate, or in case of registration on the official website of the central executive body realizing state policy in the field of land relations for receipt of information from the State land cadastre, and also submission by the applicant of obviously false information on itself in case of information request from the state registers, specified in this Article, and the State land cadastre in paper form -

involve imposing of penalty from one to three free minima of the income of citizens.

The same actions which are commited by person which within year was subjected to administrative punishment for one of the violations provided by part one of this Article -

involve imposing of penalty from three to six free minima income of citizens";
